The newly renovated family house is located at Apenrader Straße 188 in Flensburg. It is only a few minutes' walk to the nearby Ostseebad-beach. The city center and the shipyard can also be reached in a few minutes by car.

Divided into three apartments, the house offers space for a total of 19 people (Apartment 1: 6 people, Apartment 2: 6 people, Apartment 3: 7 people).

All three apartments have a separate entrance, were completely gutted and renovated to an attractive standard. New flat screen TVs are in every room, fast internet (free) is also available in the whole house. Each apartment has its own free washing machine.

The common areas (kitchen, dining area, hallways, bathrooms) of all apartments are cleaned weekly! These cleanings are included in the price.

Furthermore, there are free parking spaces for each apartment directly at the house.

The property manager can always be reached with any problems.
