The newly renovated single-family house is located at Sandbergweg 28 in Flensburg. The city center and the shipyard can be reached in a few minutes by car. Divided into two apartments, the house offers space for a total of 20 people (Apartment 1: 9 people, Apartment 2: 11 people).

Both apartments were completely gutted at the end of 2019 and renovated to an attractive standard. New 55" flat screen TVs are in every room, fast internet (free) is also available throughout the house. Each apartment has its own free washing machine!

The common areas (kitchen, dining area, hallways, bathrooms) of all apartments are cleaned weekly! These cleanings are included in the price. Furthermore, there are free parking spaces for each apartment directly at the house.
